12.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SHA & CC superseding all prior agreements.

12.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3. Force Majeure
SHA & CC shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
